Klover is a French specialty coffee roastery based in Paris. Founded by Harry Kim, Klover is the result of years spent working in specialty coffee across Korea, Japan, and Denmark. Along the way, Kim learned from different coffee cultures, roasters, and cafés, each shaping the way he thinks about coffee today.
Mellow Coffee Roasters
Mellow Coffee Roasters was founded in the Netherlands by Vicky, Michael, Andy, and Min, four coffee enthusiasts from backgrounds in law, medicine, economics, and media. Their mission is to make specialty coffee approachable while showcasing the depth and diversity of origins from around the world. Mellow combines careful sourcing with experimentation, technology, and more sustainable roasting techniques to create consistent and expressive coffees.
Tim Wendelboe
Tim Wendelboe is one of the most influential voices in modern coffee. Tim has dedicated himself to raising the quality of coffee at every stage of the value chain. His deepest commitment lies at the farm level, where he works closely with producers to improve cultivation and processing practices.

Founded by a trio with over 30 years of industry experience, Scenery Coffee Roasters is stepping away from the "race to the top" to focus on what matters most: honesty, humility, and exceptional flavor. Based in the UK and roasting on a state-of-the-art Loring S35, Scenery is built on the belief that coffee should be shared, not "taught," and that quality shouldn't come with a side of pretension.
