Welcome to Kultivar Coffee! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kultivar Coffee. Kultivar Coffee operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Kultivar Coffee is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All prices are in [EUR] and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We strive to ensure all information is accurate, but errors in pricing or product details may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders if necessary.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
You can place an order via our webshop. After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Payments must be made using the available payment methods (e.g. iDEAL, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card, etc.).
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to most European countries. Delivery times vary by destination. Shipping costs are shown during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g. courier services).
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
To cancel your purchase, please notify us by email hello (at) kultivarcoffee.com. You must return the product in unused, original condition within 14 days after cancellation. The return shipping cost is at your expense.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Exceptions:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods (e.g. coffee)
- Sealed products that are unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons
6. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
All products are covered by the legal warranty applicable in the EU. If you have a complaint, contact us as soon as possible via hello (at) kultivarcoffee.com with a description and photos (if applicable). We will respond within 14 days.
7. LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless caused by intent or gross negligence. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in supply chains).
9. APPLICABLE LAW
Dutch law applies to these Terms of service. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
