Klover Coffee
Klover is a French specialty coffee roastery based in Paris. Founded by Harry Kim, Klover is the result of years spent working in specialty coffee across Korea, Japan, and Denmark. Along the way, Kim learned from different coffee cultures, roasters, and cafés, each shaping the way he thinks about coffee today.

Mellow Coffee Roasters was founded in the Netherlands by Vicky, Michael, Andy, and Min, four coffee enthusiasts from backgrounds in law, medicine, economics, and media. Their mission is to make specialty coffee approachable while showcasing the depth and diversity of origins from around the world. Mellow combines careful sourcing with experimentation, technology, and more sustainable roasting techniques to create consistent and expressive coffees.

Tim Wendelboe is one of the most influential voices in modern coffee. Tim has dedicated himself to raising the quality of coffee at every stage of the value chain. His deepest commitment lies at the farm level, where he works closely with producers to improve cultivation and processing practices.
People Possession
People Possession, a roastery born from a passion for coffee and a desire to discover unexplored flavors that will take you to magical worlds. This project was born from the meeting of two enthusiasts who found each other and decided to create a coffee roaster that has no parallels.
