This profile and recipe was developed on a lever espresso machine in true Neapolitan fashion (Argos Espresso Machine) – so should be taken as a starting point, and not an absolute as different machines extract in different ways.

I’ve been really enjoying Saka Crema Bar lately. Pulling shots on my lever machine seems to unlock an extra layer of sweetness and clarity—thick, velvety crema with balanced notes plus a smooth, lingering finish. It’s forgiving to dial in, but rewards careful pressure profiling with rich body and clean flavors. A fantastic blend for classic, satisfying espresso.

Full bodied , rounded coffee flavour. Bitter and creamy without that charred burnt taste, that you experience with a lot of Italian dark roasts.
I use these beans for my business and my customers all give it high praise 👏 and most prefer them over my specialty roast .
