About beans:
Pink Bourbon has long been a signature variety of Colombia. Thanks to the excellent soil, climate, and altitude of the Nariño region, the Pink Bourbon grown here typically shows bright acidity, full sweetness, and a velvety, silky, and rich mouthfeel.
Finca San Antonio is run by Nilson López and Cielo López. The couple has long focused on quality improvement and varietal diversification, gradually introducing distinctive varieties such as Pink Bourbon, Geisha, and Sidra. With technical support from InConexus, they continue to explore the potential of different varieties in the high-altitude areas of Nariño.
This washed Pink Bourbon fully expresses the variety’s outstanding performance at Finca San Antonio: vibrant berries, juicy ugly tangerine, and bright red-plum acidity clearly showcase the unique character of Pink Bourbon.
